Antioch Fit-Thursdays

We invite you to Antioch Fitness and Open Gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We hope you will join us to get active, unwind, and fellowship with your church family. Whether you're looking to break a sweat, destress after a long day, or enjoy some friendly competition on the basketball court, we've got something for everyone.

6:00 PM- Aerobics 6:00 pm- Line Dancing  
7:00 PM- Weight Training 7:00 pm- Weight Training
7:00 PM- Basketball 7:00 pm- Basketball
