The Antioch Fitness Center

After a long day at the office or at school, what better way to unwind than by heading to the Antioch Fitness Center. Here, members as well as our friends from the community, can come and work toward reaching their desired fitness goals. We have a huge Multi-Purpose Center with a regulation-sized gymnasium ready to serve basketball, volleyball, aerobics, and Tae-bo. The Fitness Center also is equipped with a second-floor walking track, just right for speed walkers or those who want to “take it slow.” Our weekly schedule has activities to fit everyone’s fitness needs. We have trained instructors who are ready to serve you and offer guidance as you seek to get “spiritually fit!”
